Bank Transfer (Preferred)
Our preferred payment method is direct bank transfer via Interac e-Transfer with autodeposit configured.

Why bank transfer? It's the most cost-effective option—no transaction fees means more of your budget goes toward the work itself.
Other Payment Options
Credit Card via Stripe
We can set up one-time or monthly recurring credit card payments through Stripe on a project-by-project basis.
Available upon request—just let us know if this is your preferred payment method.
Payment Terms
Standard Terms
Our standard payment terms are Net 30, meaning payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We're flexible and happy to discuss terms that work for your business.
Project-Based Payments
Many projects are structured with a deposit up front and the remainder due upon delivery:
- Small to medium projects: Typically 50% deposit, 50% on completion
- Larger projects: May be split into milestone-based payments
- Ongoing retainers: Typically billed monthly in advance
Custom Arrangements
Every business has different cash flow needs. If you need custom payment terms, just ask—we're happy to work with you to find a structure that makes sense.
