Program Details

Terms & Conditions

  • Referral must be a new client not currently in conversation with or previously engaged by Brightmind Digital
  • Minimum project value of $5,000 CAD required to qualify
  • Referral reward paid via e-transfer within 30 days of client's first invoice payment being received
  • Brightmind Digital reserves the right to determine referral eligibility
  • Program terms may be modified or discontinued with 30 days notice
  • Both referring party and referred client must consent to the referral arrangement
  • For tax purposes, referral payments totaling $500 or more in a calendar year may require a T4A
  • Privacy is respected—client details will not be shared without explicit permission
